Payment terms

A 25% deposit of the total reservation cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival require full payment upfront.

Security authorization

Instead of a physical bond, we place a temporary authorization hold on your card ahead of check-in. This hold is released automatically after checkout, provided there is no damage or excess cleaning required.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Check-in & check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are provided with your booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request — get in touch closer to your stay and we'll confirm based on the property's schedule.
